We seek a Project Coordinator/Office Assistant to help manage our office while scheduling projects, coordinating subcontractors, analyzing expenses & revenue, and performing general office duties.

Our Ideal Project Coordinator/Office Assistant:
Experienced:
3-5 years as an office manager or administrator.
Scheduling and Data analysis experience is a plus! Computer Savvy:
Strong computer skills.
Proficient in Office 365 and Excel and the ability to learn other programs.
Have a comprehensive knowledge of spreadsheets and can understand formulas and pivot tables.
Organized:
Detail-oriented and focused on precision and keeping projects orderly.

Able to prioritize an extensive task list, constantly aware of and striving to meet deadlines.
